OSHA Question:
We received a letter stating we could be fined for not having an OSHA
workplace safety poster displayed at our place of business. The company
offered to sell us a poster. Should we purchase one of
these posters?
 Answer:
Covered employers are required to display an OSHA workplace
safety poster. A
free download of the poster in pdf format is
available from OSHA - OSHA
Safety Poster - OSHA 3165 Because of the special
printing requirements for the pdf file, many employers
prefer to purchase a durable commercially produced laminated
version of the poster.
